Their phone opens a new email to your address with the subject and message you set already filled in. They just review and send.
Can I pre-fill the subject and body?
Yes. Both are optional. Add a subject line and a starter message and the scanned email opens with them in place.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. The code uses the standard mailto format both platforms understand, so it opens the default mail app on either.
Does the email send automatically?
No. It only opens a draft. The person scanning always chooses to send, so nothing goes out without them.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Everything runs locally in your browser. Your links, contact details, WiFi password and images never leave your device — nothing is uploaded, logged or stored.
